In Theory

In theory and in practice the United States seems to have its act together, so you think.

The reality is we have no theory, our vectors of expansion are misguided, and the constructs we use to manage ourselves are flawed and broken, as admitted by their caretakers. The economic riches we build contribute nothing to the renewable strengthening of the human race.

We roll by the seat of our 235-year-old pants. We can and must deploy new rigors of excellence to save us from ourselves.

Just imagine who we could be if we actually had a human theory to which all our systems subscribe. We would be a country the whole world would be proud to follow. Let’s make it so.
