The Sustainable Development Goals conjured by the United Nations are unsustainable. The name of this initiative alone is incompatible with nature. Or what activist Greta Thunberg now refers to as blah, blah, blah.
Blah, blah, blah
Sustainability does not exist anywhere in the universe. All evolutionary processes are on a landslide of renewal instead, forcing us to do more with less as a result of the decline of available energy identified by Richard Feynman as entropy.
So here we go again, humanity has concocted another manmade strategy of survival incompatible with nature’s first-principles. What could possibly go wrong?
Goals Without A Theory
But let’s, for the sake of ignorance, skip over that injunction and look at the goals specifically. If you know nothing about soccer and I tell you to kick the ball only with your feet, stay within the lines, not attack your opponents, etc., the objective of soccer cannot be inferred from those individual objectives. In other words, goals do not make a theory.
The existence and adoption of these goals is evidence its proponents know nothing about how to build systems of humanity. Scary, because those adopters are generally the people in government responsible for the long of human excellence in their respective country. Thankfully, we in the U.S. have mostly ignored these goals.
