How Can You Change The World?

You can’t. You can only change humanity. The world is ruled by nature, not by humanity. You can change all of humanity -instantly- by simply changing the incentive of humanity.

Today’s incentive for humanity is money. Money to buy-back the freedom we have taken away from you. So, all we need to do is attach the incentive of money to the long of our evolutionary development. And the only common good that matters to the excellence and preservation of the human species is improving human adaptability to nature’s entropy.

So, changing humanity is simple and within reach. A new incentive attached to improving human adaptability to nature’s entropy handsomely rewarded with money that motivates people.

This was an old sales-trick I deployed at Oracle, growing its new media business. If you wanted salespeople to sell harder to sell new media products over easy-peasy database products you changed the incentive.

Changing the incentive changes behavior. Instantly. All we need now is to convey to our leaders how important human adaptability to nature really is to the preservation of the human species.

The sign of an intelligent nation is its willingness and ability to reinvent itself, upstream. Let’s inspire the world with new rigors of excellence we first and successfully apply to ourselves.
