What Led You To Become An Angel/VC?

It became a rite of passage soon after a company I incubated and put on the map from zero to a triple million-digit exit under perhaps the most difficult of circumstances.

As a newly minted (part-time) venture partner, I witnessed the kitchen inside Sand Hill Road, and I didn’t like what the chefs cooked up.

For the subpriming on innovation, arbitrage, by collusion, deal fragmentation, and risk aversion, is fundamentally incompatible with finding outliers. And I detest exploiting human ingenuity to convert into advertising clicks.

I will return to venture eventually, yet different after tick-off a more crucial societal contribution. I love the business of innovation that changes our world for the better. I have been asked. Ask me one too many times.
