If I couldn’t independently verify the claims made by a startup, I could not see why I would trust a third-party more than the company I would put money in.
And I would very much like to hear the company’s reasoning for the claims, for precisely such rationale, builds the alignment of trust and foresight needed between entrepreneur and investor to solidify a prudent investment decision.
