What Makes A Country Meritocratic, And What Doesn’t?

A constant renewal of merit induced by a plurality of freedom.

Merit derived from when a country deploys the rudimentary principles of (a plurality of) freedom to continually spawn a renewal of the definition of evolutionary merit.

Such a meritocracy must be subjugated to the freedom as mentioned earlier or otherwise, its systems will turn into stale and stifling oligarchies, with aging merit steeped in evolutionary irrelevance from the moment they are conceived.

The sign of an intelligent nation is its willingness and ability to reinvent itself, upstream. Let’s inspire the world with new rigors of excellence we first and successfully apply to ourselves.
