Are We All So Naive?

Naiveté is one way to describe our ignorance to the strengthening of human evolution, but certainly not the only way. There are many other words to describe how we, as the most intelligent major species on earth, are bound to live the shortest.

Rather than attempt to describe a rebel without a cause accurately, I prefer to explain the cause accurately.

The cause is that we are afraid to take ourselves on and to grant ourselves the freedom first bestowed on us by nature. We enslave ourselves using stale, unverifiable, and evolutionary abhorrent merit.

When we reassign the definition of merit to become relevant to evolution with money as its remuneration, the herd that follows our current beaten path will soon follow the new. Such is what Einstein described as the theory determines what can be discovered. Just create a new system designed to promote a particular outcome, and the incentives will take us there.

The beauty of a naive herd is that it can easily be redirected, based merely on where the “food” is distributed. Such is all we need to redirect the evolutionary compass and longevity of humanity.

The sign of an intelligent nation is its willingness and ability to reinvent itself, upstream. Let’s inspire the world with new rigors of excellence we first and successfully apply to ourselves.
