There are no pros to globalization with a theory of absolutism we deploy as globalization today, for any theory of absolutism applied to the world and our species, innately predicated on a relativity theory, is by definition incompatible.
Our species (as well as others) thrive and evolve based on the (sometimes) minute but crucial differences between us, not based on the compliance to our commonalities. Hence a globalization effort that presumes we all behave and aspire to the same is the antithesis of what nature has bestowed upon us, and will simply not work, as all theories of absolutism fail to encapsulate the diversity, capacity, and ingenuity of mankind.
