Our Bronze Age version of capitalism is a rebel without a cause.
Just like in a game of soccer, bad rules make for bad gameplay. No rules – the absence of rules set in advance – makes for a vile maxim that restricts the discovery of outliers who will come from anywhere, and thus hopelessly enslaves the freedom of the innocent, unaware of the game bestowed upon them. Big shtick capitalism subsequently narrows the standard deviation of human capacity and ingenuity, the opposite of what’s needed to strengthen and renew the evolution of humanity.
Capitalism without rules to drive renewable value to the evolution of humanity nourishes a hollow and aimless rat-race for money. Call such pursuit narcissism if you like, its short-sighted pursuit fits many labels. Human excellence it is not.
