PhD bubble

Most schooling is overrated, with education happening in the real world. Matt Might, Assistant Professor at the University of Utah has an interesting presentation on what it means to have a Ph.D. in relation to being the master of many trades as an entrepreneur or an experienced VC.

He demonstrates, visually, how we should not put so much stock in formal education or what Peter Thiel refers to as the most worrisome bubble in the U.S. today.
