I agree with Adeo Ressi at The Funded that entrepreneurialism generally cannot be taught (after, say, six years old), but to raise money, you need to learn how to find the right investor.
The key in Venture is to avoid dancing with 99.4% of VCs who never make any money for their Limited Partners and tagging your innovation as a false negative or put differently; it takes great skills to avoid the noise in the VC arena. And those skills can be taught.
